What is Confirmation?

The Lutheran Church has a rich history of walking with young men and women as they grow into adults. Faith development is important as they grow and discover who they will be as adults. Confirmation is a time for them to learn about their relationship with themselves, God and their community.

What is the Process?

7th Grade navigates through the Bible. We explore how God moved in the lives of the people and in creation. Wednesdays 6:30-8:00pm

8th Grade examines the words that we use in our conversation of faith. Luther's small catechism guides our time with the creed, prayer and commandments. Wednesdays 6:30-8:00pm

9th Grade ties it all together. The "rubber hits the road" as we spend our time with mentors, serving the church and the broader community, and learning how faith connects to day-to-day life. Monthly meetings and 2 weekend retreats (Click here for specific dates)
